A Winter's Tune Concerts

From the "TV Special" style presentation of the first 2 years to the current "round robin" showcase of songwriters, A Winter's Tune Concerts are simple and elegant affairs. The concept at the heart of the shows remains; an afternoon of "NEW and Traditional Songs for the Winter Holiday Season" to surprise, delight, summon spirit and make merry.

Each songwriter is required to:
• INTERPRET a song traditionally sung during the winter holiday season
• Premier a NEW ORIGINAL SONG created for this years Concert!

What with making ready for this year's  A Winter's Tune, efforts at archiving the boxes of tapes, discs, and notes have slowed down, for now. Eventually we hope to have an exhaustingly, obsessively complete listing of every song done by each artist from every show... But that's for "free time" and we like to keep manager Sid busy creating new opportunities for musical community.
