A native of Michigan, Michelle started her musical odyssey by picking up the guitar at the age of 9 and quickly moving onto talent shows and award ceremonies. By the time she was in high school, she was fronting local bands, gaining a reputation as the little kid with the big voice. Soon after high school, the road started calling and packing her guitar, she headed to the sunshine state to join a popular Top 40 touring band. Over the next few years, Michelle honed her performing skills fronting a variety of bands that traveled the southern United States and Europe, opening for Badfinger, Steve Marriott, Head East as well as sharing the stage with celebrities like Evelyn Champagne King and Pat Travers.
She showcased at east coast clubs including the world famous CBGB’s in New York City and the Stone Pony in Asbury Park and worked in the studio with Grammy winning songwriter Frankie Previtt, Tico Torres of Bon Jovi and Brooke Shields.
Life has come full circle for Michelle. A strong desire to be closer to home brought her back to Michigan in the late 90’s, Michelle released the single “Ordinary Time”, which has been receiving airplay throughout the state of Michigan. She is currently working on her new solo record.
